DISCLAIMER
All products and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery only. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
RETURN, REFUND AND TITLE:
In case of refund, refund is processed within 10 working days, order to claim the refund proper document evidence and track history is necessary.
In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances if delivery gets delayed or cancelled only value of product be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded.
GENERAL SHIPPING RULES
1. All order placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or an any government holiday, thus we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.
3. Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
I4. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS
1. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process
2. Custom on duty or inspection charges: In any custom duty or inspection charges incurred on the shipment by custom office or border security officer of the destination country, those charges need to be paid by the customer, NAXTON is not liable to pay any charges. If the products are damaged or lost in this inspection process, no refund or replacement would be given by NAXTON.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or directly on the website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
